Landlords Gas Safety Certificate

We carry out landlords gas safety inspections, when we service the appliance we offer the certificate for just £5.00.

It is not common knowledge but CBS would like it known that a landlords gas safety inspection is not a service it is the equivalent to a vehicle mot.

CBS  boilers would prefer to service the appliance then issue the certificate for a reasonable price. This cuts down breakdowns due to diaphragm failure or expansion vessel losing its charge, prevention is better than costly cure at a later date however, we carry out safety inspections only if that is your request.
